QUESTIONS

What can you do as a Certified Biofeedback Practitioner?

I can train my clients with biofeedback for relaxation to reduce stress, manage pain and improve the quality of my client's lives.

I am always tired.  Also, recently I started to gain weight.  Can you tell me what kind of disease I have?

I do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical, mental or any other disorder or condition of any kind.  At the same time, I train my clients to relax so that they can minimize their stress, control their pain and improve the overall quality of their lives. This includes medical, emotional, mental and psychological diseases, disorders and conditions and weight management.

I am an athlete.  My muscles are always sore after a very intensive workout.  Can you help me to reduce the muscle pain?

As a Biofeedback Practitioner I can teach you how to relax and to re-educate your muscles so that you can lessen your pain and improve your performance

I have problems sleeping and wake up several times during the night. How can you help?

According to studies published in major medical journals, stress is implicated as the cause of about 80% of all diseases. Using the EPFX training protocol I will teach your body how to relax so your sleep might improve.

I have a sport's  injury and can't afford to be away from my team for a long period of time. How can you help me with my recovery so that I can quickly return to join my team?

Your body is extremely stressed because of your injury along with other stressors that our bodies deal with every day.  Once your body learns how to reduce stress it can take very good and quick care of your injury.

I have asthma. How can I benefit from biofeedback.

The EPFX will be coaching your body to reduce stressors and this in turn could help reduce your symptoms.

Can you help dogs, cats or other animals? Animals can't tell you how their feeling so how do you communicate with them?

In my experience animals are very receptive to biofeedback. I use a special training protocol for animals. The major idea is the same, teach the body how to reduce stress and it will take care of the rest.

I do not consider myself to be a stressed person. Do you still suggest the biofeedback?

Although you may not feel stressed our bodies are affected by outside stressors such as: allergants, bacteria and virusus, chemicals, fast foods, heavy metals, parasites, fungi and fungal infections. Stress reduction is effective and beneficial to everyone.

As a Biofeedback Practioner I provide biofeedback training to help people relax and re-educate their muscles so they can learn how to manage their stress and pain and improve the quality of their lives.
